Bombay Beach from Alma Har’el

Forget everything you think you know about the american way of life, about beauty, about raising a good and healthy child, about wealth and, specially, about community; after you have forgotten all that, watch this movie.

One of the best movies I have seen in the last times… with all the characteristics of a great documentary, about one of the many forgotten places of the US (Bombay Beach in Salton Sea – California), but also with a great camera and edition. Ah, and the soundtrack is from Bob Dylan and Beirut.
